Account & sharing

Structured AI is built for the whole account: the value compounds when everyone on the review works the same set, sees the same findings, and assigns issues to each other.

This used to be one short page. It's now a whole Organization section, because the answers are genuinely different depending on what you're asking.

The short version

One sentence covers most of it:

Everything you make is owned by you. It can be widened to a scope - a team, or your whole organization. Widening needs that scope's approver to say yes.

  • Everyone you invite joins your organization, and can then be given access to its code, checklist and workflow libraries.
  • Projects are the exception: they're shared with named people, each as owner, editor or viewer, rather than widened to a scope.
  • Assigning an issue emails the assignee a link straight to the finding.

The full model, including who approves what, is on How access works.
