Video guides​

The fastest way to learn a feature is to watch it: every tool has a short walkthrough clip. Watch them all on the Video guides page, or find each clip embedded in its feature's written guide.

The same library ships inside the app as the User Guide (Help menu → User Guide). When the chat recommends a tool you haven't used yet, it offers the matching clip inline.

Feature tours​

First time in the workspace, the app offers a short guided tour that points out the viewer, the tools rail, and the chat. You can replay tours from the Help menu.

Talk to us​

We're a small team and we like talking to users:

  • Book a call: support, onboarding, or a walkthrough of a tool on your own drawings.
  • Report a bug / request a feature: right from the home screen in the app.
  • Need a check your library doesn't have? Tell us what you review for and we'll build it; see QA/QC checks.
