Settings

One page, reached from your account menu. Everything personal lives here, and org owners get two extra panels.

The Settings page and its rail

Profile

Your name and the details that show up when you comment on a sheet or get assigned an issue.

It also shows your organization role (owner, steward or member) with a line on what that role lets you do, and the teams you belong to, marked where you're a team lead - the small "i" beside the badge says what a lead approves. Only an org owner can change your role or your teams; see Organization members & invites.

Preferences

The panel most worth a visit.

Language. The interface ships in English, 日本語, Español, Français and Deutsch, and each is offered in its own name so the list reads the same whatever language you're currently in. Switching reloads the app in your chosen language and remembers it for next time.

Email me when my runs finish. Off by default. Turn it on and you get an email when a check, comparison or audit you started completes, so you don't have to keep the tasks tray open.

Chat model. Which model new chat threads use. If your account only has one option, the card doesn't appear - the list is computed with the same rules that would accept the change, so you're never offered something that would be refused.

Interface scale. Makes everything bigger or smaller. Genuinely useful on a large monitor showing a dense drawing next to a chat panel.

Dictionary

Your own word list. Anything you add here stops being treated as a misspelling.

This is the fix for the most annoying false positive in the platform: a spelling check flagging your client's name, a product line, a local place name or a firm-specific abbreviation on every sheet of every set. Add the term once, and the noise stops.

Add, edit and remove terms from the panel.

Integrations

Connect your own accounts:

  • Autodesk Construction Cloud - see Connect ACC. Connecting is per user; Structured AI acts with your ACC permissions.
  • Bluebeam Studio - see Connect Bluebeam.

Disconnect here removes your stored connection. It doesn't affect anyone else's, and for ACC it doesn't revoke the company-wide authorization - that's a separate admin step.

Security

Sign out of Structured on this browser.

Signing in on the Revit add-in is separate and per workstation. Revoking a specific device's access is a support request today rather than a self-service control - see Connect Revit.

Organization

Org owners get an extra group here:

The group also carries a Usage link showing your organization's consumption. It isn't covered in this guide yet.

Non-owners don't see this group at all.

tip

Each panel is linkable - the section is in the URL - so you can send a colleague straight to the one they need.
