Team & sharing

Structured AI is built for teams: the value compounds when the whole review team works the same set, sees the same findings, and assigns issues to each other.

Inviting teammates​

Invite colleagues from the Users page. They receive an email invite; signing in is passwordless via magic link, or via your organization's Microsoft sign-in if that's how your account is set up.

Everyone you invite joins your organization, sees the organization's projects (subject to sharing), and shares the organization's code library and custom check library.

Sharing projects​

Projects can be shared with teammates so a review is a team effort:

  • Everyone sees the same drawings, findings, comments, and outputs, live.
  • Assign issues to each other; assignees get an email with a link straight to the finding.
  • Comments and markups made on a sheet are visible to the whole team on that sheet.

Profile & settings​

Manage your name, notification preferences, and sign-in from the Profile and Settings pages.
