Conformance
Conformance checks a set against a standard or template and shows where it conforms and where it doesn't, organized by discipline.
Use case: verify a set follows the brand standard before it goes to the client.
How it works
- Open Conformance from the tools rail.
- Pick the standard the set must follow.
- The platform reviews the set discipline by discipline and reports conformance findings, each cited to the sheet so you can verify in place.
Findings you confirm can be assigned and tracked as issues, like any other review.
Conformance vs. the other review tools
- Use Conformance when the question is "does this set follow the standard?"
- Use Compare Against Control when there's a concrete reference set to verify against, element by element.
- Use QA/QC checks for general drawing-quality review independent of any standard.
