Connect Bluebeam

If your team reviews in Bluebeam Studio, Structured AI meets them there. Link a Studio project and move markups both ways: pull in their comments, publish your findings back as native PDF markups.

Use case: send a set of flagged issues back to the team as Bluebeam markups they can open in Studio.

Linking a Studio project

  1. Open the Bluebeam connector from your project and sign in to your Bluebeam account.
  2. Pick the Studio project (or session) to link.

Pulling markups in

Import your reviewers' Bluebeam comments and markups into the project. They land alongside your other issues and comments, so one triage table covers everything, and Comment Closure can verify each imported comment against the latest drawings.

Publishing findings back

Push flagged issues from Structured AI back to Bluebeam as native PDF markups: boxed, located on the sheet, and openable by anyone in Studio, with no Structured AI account needed. Your findings travel in the format your reviewers already use.

Available on request

The Bluebeam connector is enabled per organization. If your team lives in Studio, talk to us.
