Connect Procore
If your team runs its projects in Procore, Structured AI works alongside it. Create a project straight from Procore, review the drawings and specifications, and send what you find back as Procore RFIs. Procore stays your system of record: answers come back into Structured AI, and your issued drawings are never changed.
Use case: find a coordination problem in the mechanical set and raise it as a complete Procore RFI, with the sheets, spec section and a marked-up image, in one click.
What it does
Create a project from Procore
Pick a Procore project and Structured AI imports its current drawings and specifications: drawings grouped by drawing area in discipline order, and the spec book in division order. The project shows a Procore badge on its card, and the project sidebar shows the Procore link and whether it's Up to date with Procore.
New revisions come in automatically. Structured AI checks Procore about every hour, and a revised drawing area or spec book comes in as a new version of its document, so you can compare versions. Click Re-import on the Procore card to check now.
Turn findings into Procore RFIs
On a Procore-linked project, every issue card has a Create RFI button, and the chat can write RFIs for you. Ask it in plain words:
- "Turn issue #4 into a Procore RFI."
- "Make one RFI covering those two issues."
- "That roofing detail is wrong. Raise an RFI about it."
Structured AI writes the RFI the way a project engineer would: a specific subject, a clear question with a proposed solution, the drawing numbers and spec section, cost and schedule impact, and a marked-up image of the exact spot. It fills in the RFI manager, received-from, distribution and due date from your Procore project's own RFI settings.
RFIs are created as drafts, so nobody in Procore is notified until you issue them. Issue them from Procore, from the RFIs tab, or by telling the chat to send them.

Keep RFIs in sync
The RFIs tab lists every RFI created from Structured AI, as it currently stands in Procore: status, ball in court, due date and the official response. Edit fields there, or use Revise with chat to rework the question.
When the design team answers an RFI in Procore, the answer comes back to Structured AI. Whoever raised the RFI gets a notification, and the answer appears on every linked issue card, right above Resolve, so you can close the issue if the answer settles it.
Publish a marked-up review set
Share your findings with the whole Procore team without touching the issued drawings. Click Publish review set to Procore on the project's Procore card. Structured AI publishes a marked-up copy of each drawing set into a Structured Review Set folder in the project's Procore Documents.
When findings change, the review set is re-published as a new version of the same file, so Procore keeps the history. Click Publish now to update it straight away, or Turn off to stop updating it. Files already in Procore stay there.
Installing Procore
There are two ways to connect. Most organizations use a company connection, set up once.
Company connection (recommended)
One setup for the whole organization, so members can create projects from Procore without connecting their own Procore accounts.
- Your Procore company admin installs the Structured AI app. In Procore, go to Company Admin › App Management and install Structured AI. If the app isn't listed in the Procore App Marketplace yet, choose Install Custom App and enter the installation key we send you.
- Your Structured AI organization owner connects the company. Go to Profile & settings → Integrations → Procore. Connect your own Procore account first: Structured AI uses it once to check you belong to the company. Then click Connect company next to your Procore company.
- Optionally, disconnect your personal Procore account. The company connection keeps working without it.
Each Procore company can be connected to one Structured AI organization.
Personal connection
Any user can connect their own Procore account instead. Click Import from Procore on the home page and sign in to Procore. You'll see the companies and projects your Procore account can access, provided the Structured AI app is installed in that company.
Creating a project
- On the home page, click Import from Procore.
- Choose the Company and Procore project, and name the project.
- Choose Current drawings, Current specifications, or both, and click Create & import.
The project opens straight away, and its documents fill in as they import. A large spec book takes a few minutes.

What Structured AI can access
The Structured AI app asks Procore for:
- Read: drawings, specifications, RFIs (including responses), the project directory (to assign RFIs) and RFI settings.
- Write: RFIs, which it creates as drafts and updates, and files in the Structured Review Set folder it creates in Documents.
It never modifies or deletes issued drawings or specifications. Procore credentials are encrypted at rest.
Procore is in early access. If Import from Procore doesn't appear for you, talk to us.
